TM-2220-C7

TM-2220-C7 is a high accuracy Temperature Compensated Oscillator 32.768 kHz (TCXO) with integrated low power tuning fork quartz XTAL resonator and CMOS circuit. Analog temperature compensation method is applied for superior jitter performances of CMOS oscillator output. This factory calibrated device is embedded in a compact hermetically sealed ceramic and reflow solderable Dual Flat No leads package with a tiny foot print and requires only 4 connections.
