Micro Crystal is a world leader for quartz crystals, oscillators and real time clocks for sectors such as medical, industrial electronics, automotive, avionics, telecommunications and watchmaking.
Our Oscillator Department at our Grenchen site is in charge of development, production, testing and quality control of high-frequency custom products with high added value.

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities

  • You are the main point of contact for our sales network (representatives, resellers, customers) and ensure its development and follow-up.
  • You visit main customers in order to sustain the business but you also prospect to develop new markets/applications
  • You are willing to travel regularly internationally.
  • You manage and follow up on offers, orders and deliveries.
  • You report directly to the Oscillator Department Manager
  • The job is located at our headquarter in Grenchen

Skills

  • Experience in a Sales Manager position or similar
  • You are a person who wants to develop the sales activity for niche products with high added value
  • You have a strong technical background, ideally in electronic components.
  • You are fluent in English and your mother tongue is French or German with knowledge of the other language.
  • You are autonomous, organized and a good team player
